Flight : You can arrive at Amsterdam by any European carrier like Lufthansa or Air France connecting via Frankfurt or Paris from India.  Jet airways can fly you to Brussels from where you can take a connecting flight or take a train.  Emirates also offers flights to Amsterdam via Dubai.

The I Amsterdam card - There are a lot of great tourism deals out there but one of the best is the I Amsterdam Card. With the little wonder you get free entry to many of the top tourist attractions in the city. Along with the actual card is a transport pass. This little grey ticket entitles you to free transport on all trams, buses and metros, in and around the city.
